Adult Fitness classes are being offered by Worcester County Recreation and Parks this fall. These classes are a great way to stay fit and active.
Early Bird Morning Fitness includes a variety of activities of cardio, strength balance, and floor workouts. Early Bird Morning Fitness will be held on Monday, Wednesday, Friday mornings from 9:00 a.m. to 9:40 a.m. The program will begin October 4 and go until December 17. Open to ages 45 and older.
Yoga is back with Instructor Carol Jenkins-Pike, RYT 500. This program will meet Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. The classes will start October 12 and run until November 23. All equipment is provided. This program is built on three main structures: exercise, breathing, and meditation. Open to ages 18 and older.
Fearless Action – Dance Fit is here to get you sweating to your favorite songs, matched with dance moves and exercises. This program will be run by Instructor Whitney Brewington, who will have participants having fun with a full body sculpting experience. The class will meet on Mondays and Wednesdays from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. starting October 18 to December 1. Open to ages 18 and older.
