Aqua-Nuts is a warm water therapy class intended for the treatment of a physical injury, disease, or disorder. 

The ultimate BOSU class incorporating carious elements of strength, cardio, core and balance training.

This is an intense work out that will get your heart racing and abs burning. Join us for this program that will give you REAL core results. 

Early Bird Morning Fitness class includes a warm-up, cardio activity, strength training, dynamic stretching, and balance activities for older adults.

This beginners line dance class is choreographed dance with a repeated sequence of steps. Dancers will learn basic steps, rhythm counts and routines to popular Country, Pop and R&B music. 

Days: Wednesdays

PiYo is a low impact, fat burning class that requires NO jumping or high impact cardio and is great for every age, fitness level and body type. 

Who hasn't played the air drums? Why not make it a work out? POUND is a pilates based workout that uses 1/4 lb. sticks called Ripstix to generate an awesome sweat.

Total Body Bars are versatile pieces of exercise equipment that give you a total body workout while delivering more stabilitiy with dumbbells. 

This total body, high intensity style program utilizes free weights, resistance and body weight exercises to help you attain and maintain your physique. No boredom here, for all levels!
