In the event of inclement weather, please call the Inclement Weather Hotline at (410) 632-2144 x2508 or check the Worcester County Recreation & Parks Facebook page which will indicate if games/programs are being cancelled due to weather.

The staff of Worcester County Department of Recreation & Parks is committed to providing reasonable accommodations to all participants.  If you have special needs, please notify the Worcester County Department of Recreation & Parks at 410-632-2144 so that we can plan accordingly for these needs.  We cannot guarantee that your request will be met unless the Worcester County Department of Recreation & Parks is notified in advance.  Worcester County Department of Recreation & Parks reserves the right to cancel a program or division which does not meet certain requirements.

Refund Policy

If the staff of Worcester County Department of Recreation & Parks cancels an entire program, the staff will refund all monies.  All refund payments will be paid in the form of a county check issued to the payer. Please return the necessary form below to the Program Manager in charge of the refunded program.

Concussion Awareness Policy

Concussion awareness information will be handed out to all Worcester County Department of Recreation & Parks (WCRP) staff members, youth participants, parents/guardians, and volunteer coaches for all WCRP youth programs.  

Volunteer coaches and parents/guardians will receive a Concussion Training Acknowledgement Form that they will need to sign off on in order for them to coach or for their child to participate in a WCRP youth sports program.
