Worcester County Department of Recreation & Parks is located in Snow Hill, Maryland.  Our mission is to provide a variety of quality recreational programs, pristine parks, and facilities to enrich the lives of citizens.

Monday - Thursday: 6:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.
Friday: 6:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. 
Saturday: 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. 
Sunday: 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. 
The track is open for walking & jogging during the hours of operation, free of charge. Please call before visiting (individuals or groups) to confirm the track is open/available. Special events and scheduled recreation programming will periodically close the track to the public. 410-632-2144

In the event of inclement weather, please call the Inclement Weather Hotline at (410) 632-2144 x2508 or check the Worcester County Recreation & Parks Facebook page which will indicate if games/programs are being cancelled

Refund Policy

If the staff of Worcester County Department of Recreation & Parks cancels an entire program, the staff will refund all monies.  All refund payments will be paid in the form of a county check issued to the payer. Please return the necessary form below to the Program Manager in charge of the refunded program.

Concussion Awareness Policy

Concussion awareness information will be handed out to all Worcester County Department of Recreation & Parks (WCRP) staff members, youth participants, parents/guardians, and volunteer coaches for all WCRP youth programs.  

Volunteer coaches and parents/guardians will receive a Concussion Training Acknowledgement Form that they will need to sign off on in order for them to coach or for their child to participate in a WCRP youth sports program.
