Tai Chi is an evidence-based fall prevention program. These sessions will be aimed at progressively increasing your mobility, improving your core strength, and wills lowly build your confidence wile walking and preforming daily tasks.  This form of Tai Chi focuses on 8 separate movements, each with their own unique benefits for your balance and fitness.
